How to Confirm Your Account
After you sign up for Scout, you will receive a confirmation email from email@example.com.
You must click the "Finalize Your Account" button in this email in order to login to Scout.
The confirmation email will look something like this:
Confirmation Token Error
Confirmation emails are only valid for 24 hours. If you do not confirm your account within 24 hours, you will need to request a new confirmation email.
Note: You will be prompted to re-enter your email address in order to have a new confirmation email sent.
Didn't Receive the Email(s)?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, it is likely that this email is being filtered out of your inbox. To resolve this:
- Please check your spam folder, and if email deliverability continues to be an issue,
- Please contact your IT Department to have our domain added to your company's
Whitelist the following domain: amazonses.com
