    Finalize Account

    After you sign up for Scout, you will need to finalize your account via confirmation email.

    How to Confirm Your Account

    After you sign up for Scout, you will receive a confirmation email from scout@scoutrfp.com.

    You must click the "Finalize Your Account" button in this email in order to login to Scout.

    The confirmation email will look something like this:


    Confirmation Token Error

    Confirmation emails are only valid for 24 hours. If you do not confirm your account within 24 hours, you will need to request a new confirmation email. 

    Get a new confirmation email by clicking the “Did not receive confirmation instructions?” link located at go.scoutrfp.com:


    Note: You will be prompted to re-enter your email address in order to have a new confirmation email sent.


    Didn't Receive the Email(s)?

    If you did not receive a confirmation email, it is likely that this email is being filtered out of your inbox. To resolve this:

    • Please check your spam folder, and if email deliverability continues to be an issue,
    • Please contact your IT Department to have our domain added to your company's
      Whitelist the following domain: amazonses.com
