This article will explain how to re-send an invitation to a Supplier, and will explain the two options you have to re-send invitations:
- Re-send Invitation
- Send Customized Invitation
How to Re-Send Invitations
If a supplier needs you to re-send an invitation to them, you can do so from the RFx's Dashboard:
- Open the RFx
- Go to the Invited Suppliers section.
- Open the supplier's details. Click the arrows next to the supplier's company name.
- Select a re-send option. Click either the Resend Invitation or the Send Customized Invitation button:

What is the difference between these two options?
- Resend Invitation will resend an invitation email automatically from no-reply_strategicsourcing@workday.com.
- Send Customized Invitation will open an email draft in your default email client (i.e. Outlook, Gmail, etc.) so you can edit and send a personalized invitation to the Supplier from your email address.
