Note: Pipeline is not segmented by Departments. When viewing Pipeline, Department Admins have the same access as Sourcing Managers.

    Company Admin

Company Admins have full control over all information and data contained within an account. These are licensed users

    They can:

    • Add and delete Stakeholders
    • View all data contained in any Event in the company account
    • Create and publish Events
    • Delete Events
    • Edit the organization's public profile
    • Set up organization defaults (categories, departments, pre-publish confirmations, Terms and Conditions, and customized email templates)

    Department Admin

Department Admins have full control over all information and data contained within their department. These are licensed users

    They can:

    • View all data contained in any Event in the Department (only if set up at a company level)
    • Create and publish Events
    • Delete Events

    Sourcing Manager

Sourcing Managers have full control over all information and data contained within Events that they have created or have been invited to as Stakeholders and given "Read/Write" access. These are licensed users.

    They can:

    • View all data contained in any Event that they have created
    • View all data contained in any Event that they have been given "Read/Write" Stakeholder access to
    • View the Events of other Sourcing Managers within their Department
    • Create and publish Events
    • Invite Stakeholders to participate in their Events

    Stakeholder

Stakeholders are participants that have been invited to a specific Event. These are not licensed users.

Their permissions apply only to the specific Event to which they've been invited, and can be set to one of the following:

    • Read Only (can only view the Event and Supplier responses)
    • Answer Q&A (can send answers to Suppliers in the Message Center)
    • Read/Write (can perform all actions that a Sourcing Manager can, except adding new Suppliers to the Supplier Directory)

All Stakeholders invited to an Event will receive Weekly Reports (if enabled for the Event) and are able to submit Evaluations.
