Have you received a "token invalid" error? This sometimes happens when:
- Confirmation emails are too old (they are only valid for 24 hours) or have already been used
- Password reset emails have already been used
Resolve Token Invalid Error
If you receive a "token invalid" error, you can go to https://go.scoutrfp.com and click either the "Forgot you password?" link or the "Did not receive confirmation instructions?" link, depending on which token was invalid for you:
Clicking either link will prompt you to enter your email address so the Scout system can re-send a new confirmation or password reset email to you.
