Sending Messages to Suppliers
There are three simple steps to sending a message to Suppliers:
1) Go to your Events Dashboard and open an event; this will bring you to that particular event's dashboard.
2) Open the Message Center by clicking the green "Message Center" button (Note: Read below for specifics on locating this button.)
3) Click the "Send a New Message to Suppliers" button from the action bar at the bottom of the page:
This will expand a section where you'll be able to draft a message, attach any necessary documents, and send the message out to your Suppliers - all in a few simple clicks:
Locating the 'Message Center' Button
The button will always be on your Event's Dashboard, but its location shifts on the page depending upon whether the Event is open or closed.
Open Event - If you're looking to access the Message Center on an open (aka "published") Event, you can find the "Message Center" button near the top, center of your Event's Dashboard:
