    Contacting Scout’s Support Team

    Have a question you would like clarity on? Not familiar with a certain function and want assistance? Have no fear! You can reach out directly to the Support Team Team multiple ways. Scout offers Support for both Sourcing Managers and Suppliers. If you are looking to learn more about how and when you can get in contact with Scout’s Support Team, read on!

    How to Reach our Support Team

    Please review the different methods of reaching our support team depending if you are for requesting assistance as a Supplier or as part of the Sourcing Team


    If you are a supplier needing to reach support, you can select the "Contact Support" button within the Support tab to open the ticketing form to allow you to reach the support team.


    A ticketing form will open up on the side to allow you to enter details of your issue as well as selecting your preferred method of contact for our teams to follow up. 


    Note: The above ticketing form is only available for Suppliers who are logged in that will allow them to submit their case.

    For suppliers needing login assistance, please send an email to scoutsupport@workday.com
    This email is exclusive for suppliers to reach our support team for login assistance. 

    Sourcing Team:

    If you are part of the Sourcing Team needing assistance, you will need to be either an identified Named Support Contact(NSC) for your company or have your NSC log into Workday's Customer Center to submit a case.

    In order to access the Customer Center, your NSC has the option to clicking the Support tab > "Contact Support" button which will direct the contact to log into the Customer Center to submit a case.


    Alternatively, your NSC can log into the Customer Center through the link here to submit a case: https://workdayinc.force.com/workdaycustomercenter 

    Scout Support Hours

    Our hours are as follows:

    • Live phone & email: Sunday through Friday 11PM-6PM (PT)

    Support Languages Offered

    Scout offers basic email support in Simplified Chinese, Spanish, German, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Russian, Turkish, Korean, and Japanese. Please note that Scout only staffs fluent English and Spanish speaking Support members currently.
